FEZA I Privacy Policy

This notice explains how JJ BROS STUDIO LTD handles personal information connected with FEZA I. It covers the public website today and the FEZA I services, applications, and official community channels that may be launched in future.

Current service status

The public FEZA I website is currently a static information site, and FEZA I is in development. Features described below apply only if and when they are made available. Before we materially change how we use personal information, introduce a new data category, or enable a new platform or third-party service, we will update this notice and any required platform disclosure.

1. Who we are

FEZA I is operated by JJ BROS STUDIO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17061089.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us at feza@jjbrosstudio.com.

2. Information handled by the website today

The current website does not provide sign-up forms, player accounts, FEZA analytics, advertising pixels, marketing forms, or third-party embeds. FEZA I does not set non-essential cookies through this website.

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, and request logs. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy terms.

3. Accounts and platform identity

If you choose to connect FEZA I with an Epic Games account when that integration is available, Epic may provide the information shown in Epic’s consent screen: your Epic account ID, display name, language, and linked-account display names. FEZA I does not receive your Epic Games password.

Where an account, storefront, or platform-linking feature is launched on PC, Mac, mobile, console, or another platform, we may receive the platform account identifier, display name, language, entitlement or purchase-status information, and other information that the platform discloses for the feature you choose to use. We will describe the exact platform scopes and data before enabling them.

4. Online play, device settings, and game data

If FEZA I online features are launched, information may include multiplayer session or lobby information, gameplay and progression data, in-game account or profile data, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. We use this only to provide the online feature, maintain game integrity, troubleshoot problems, and protect players.

Where voice features are made available, the relevant voice provider may process connection and session information needed to deliver the service. Microphone access remains subject to operating-system permissions and player controls. Audio input and output device identifiers used for preferences are stored locally on the player’s device. We will update this notice before enabling any voice recording, transcription, or voice analysis.

5. Support, social channels, and optional communications

If you contact us through an official FEZA I social-media channel, a support channel, or email, we may process the information you choose to send, such as your name or handle, contact details, message, attachments, and information needed to resolve the issue. Social platforms process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

If we introduce an optional newsletter, community sign-up, or other direct marketing, we will explain the choice at the point of collection and provide an easy way to withdraw consent or unsubscribe.

6. Stores, purchases, analytics, and new services

Platform stores and payment providers process payments under their own terms. If FEZA I offers purchases, we may receive confirmation of a purchase, entitlement, or transaction reference needed to provide the item or support a refund. We do not need to receive full payment-card details to provide these services.

Before we introduce analytics, crash reporting, anti-cheat, advertising, new software-development kits, user-generated content, player reporting or moderation tools, or a new platform integration, we will publish or update the applicable privacy notice and the relevant store or platform declarations. A public policy page does not replace those platform-specific disclosures.

7. Why we use information and the legal bases

Where UK data-protection law applies, we use personal information to provide requested services, run and secure FEZA I, respond to support requests, meet legal obligations, and—with your consent where required—offer optional communications or permissions. Our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, consent, and legal obligations.

If we need particular information to provide a feature, we will explain this at the point of collection. If you choose not to provide it, that feature may not be available.

8. Who may receive information

We share information only as needed to operate FEZA I: currently with Cloudflare for website hosting and security, and with Epic Games where you elect to use Epic Account Services. If future features are launched, relevant recipients may include platform operators, online-service or voice providers, storefronts, customer-support providers, and professional advisers acting on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of players, JJ BROS STUDIO LTD, or others.

Service providers may process information in the countries where they operate. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Retention, deletion, and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the relevant service, resolve support or security issues, meet legal obligations, or enforce agreements. The current public website does not create a FEZA I website account or store form submissions.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your FEZA I personal information by emailing us. Please include the account identifier or display name connected with the request, if applicable. We will verify and review requests in line with applicable law. Some information may need to be retained or anonymised where required for legal, fraud-prevention, safety, or game-integrity reasons.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights and children’s information

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first at feza@jjbrosstudio.com so we can help.

FEZA I’s age ratings, age gates, and parental controls will be stated when the relevant product is distributed. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a way that is not permitted by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to FEZA I, contact us so that we can review the request.

11. Changes to this notice

We will post material updates here and revise the “Last updated” date. This stable URL may be used by stores and platform settings, but the contents will remain tied to the services and data practices actually in use.

12. Contact and privacy requests

For questions, access requests, or deletion requests, contact JJ BROS STUDIO LTD at feza@jjbrosstudio.com.
